ACT IV - June 7th

Hello Everyone,

It has been a while since I have posted, or played! Well, life happens......

After a 3+ week hiatus from the sport I played in the ACT IV Tournament at Wickham Park. This MUGGY and just SMOK'n HOT day... turned out to be one of the most fun...no wait.. The Most fun I have ever had a tournament.

I shot a personal best with a 62 during round 1 with a 29 on the back nine... I figure it was the sport saying "WTF have you been for 3+ weeks, and see WTF you have been missing!!!".
Played with some great folks.

Round 1 - Craig, Heather, Mike and Butch

Round 2 - Justin, Tim, Bill "Whacky Hat", and Craig
Justin finished first for our division - CONGRATS BRO!

Dave & Jen McHale - A big thanks to you and all that made this possible.
See everyone Next Year!

I arrived at 7am (yes..a bit early). I figured I would play a few holes to get the layout of the course, and also to stay warm. It was about 20degrees with steady 20-30 mile an hour wind.

I played the first few holes and headed back to the car to put a different hat on. I bumped into Jeff and Corey and we decided to play a few holes. 13 holes later it was about 8:30am and we headed back to the registration table. By then everyone was there and the parking lot/area was full.

Dave and his daughter were at the registration table and folks began checking in.

Here is a picture of me, it may look like a smile, but truly it is me laughing..about how the #$@#! I am going to Drive into 30+ headwinds!

Stretching

Found a couple of good videos out there. I will continue to edit this post as I find more good/safe example of stretching.

I did the above and it actually did feel pretty good. I may make it part of my pre/post play routine.
